New Jersey Regulations
Soggy Bottom Requires:
- A current New Jersey Hunting License for all hunters, stamp not required.
- Firearm hunters must wear a cap made of solid daylight fluorescent orange and an outer garment containing at least 200 square inches of fluorescent orange material visible from all sides at all times while engaged in hunting.
- Wearing a hunter orange hat is mandatory when firearm hunting for small game on areas stock with pheasant, chukar, or quail.
- There will be no consumption of alcoholic beverages allowed before or during the hunt.
- There will be no consumption of mind altering substances allowed before or during the hunt.
